We offer three distinct bars throughout the hotel, including a Sports and Lounge Bar for the complete betting experience.

Outside, our Alfresco Area is the perfect location to unwind with friends and family. 

Lounge Bar

Settle into one of our comfortable leather booths and enjoy a bite to eat, unwind with a drink, or watch the game from one of our multiple LCD televisions.

Guests are welcome to enjoy dishes from the Dining Room menu or a drink from the conveniently located bar.

The Lounge Bar is one of the more popular areas of the Modbury Plaza Hotel, where friends and family come to meet, eat, relax and rejuvenate.

Sports Bar

Offering extensive betting and lottery facilities, including an upstairs TAB area our sports bar delivers on all your sporting needs. The Modbury Plaza Hotel also shows all UFC Fights in the Sports Bar.

Completing the experience are our regular happy hours, 5-7pm daily.

Visit the Sports Bar for a cold tap beer, local wine or try one of our drink specials.

We welcome you to join our social club which host annual events. The Hotel also runs dart teams on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Most teams are looking for new players to join, so please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff for more information.

Alfresco Area

Our outdoor Alfresco Area makes the ideal setting to enjoy a casual lunch, afternoon drinks with colleagues or your next private event.

Each week in the Alfresco Area we host TGIF, an opportunity to unwind after the working week. Join us for happy hour specials from 4-7pm, our amazing cocktail specials between 8-10pm, plus complimentary bar snacks and the chance to win a $50 hotel voucher.

The Alfresco Area is complete with an enormous 103 inch plasma screen, showcasing popular sporting and entertainment events throughout the year.
